Regulations for the start of work
- You submit a transportation request: you need to provide detailed information about the nature of the cargo, its volume in cubic meters, and the number of pallets.
- Based on the provided information, we can calculate the cost of the upcoming delivery and give you an estimated timeframe.
- You make the payment (via bank transfer). Regular clients have the option to defer payment.
- After receiving payment, we begin work: we prepare the vehicle, bring it for pallet loading, and dispatch it.

Overall, the transportation process can be divided into several stages.
Preparing for the route.
When the cargo details are received and all terms are approved, we select a suitable vehicle with the appropriate load capacity and cubic volume. The truck is thoroughly washed and then treated with disinfectants. After disinfection, the reefer is cooled or heated to a temperature that prevents sharp fluctuations. The equipment responsible for temperature control is tested, and the vehicle itself is inspected (the driver always carries a valid inspection certificate). All necessary shipping documentation is prepared: the consignment note, quality certificates, and waybill.
Loading and unloading of goods
The loading of products is carried out in compliance with sanitary packaging requirements. Pallets, boxes, and other containers are placed in the truck according to the loading standards for the specific type of cargo. Each product has its own stacking rules based on volume, packaging, placement in the reefer, as well as temperature, humidity, and speed conditions. Pallet loading and unloading can be done either outdoors or in a specially prepared warehouse—this depends on the season and weather conditions.

A critical stage in refrigerated transport is the regular monitoring of temperature readings. The truck maintains the required temperature, with special sensors recording data at set intervals. The driver's task is not only to deliver the cargo but also to ensure stable temperatures en route, preventing sharp or critical fluctuations.
