Documentation
Properly prepared documentation is a crucial stage of the preparatory work. Without the appropriate paperwork, the transportation of chemical substances would simply be illegal.
What is included in the document package
- ТТС, или товарно-транспортная накладная. В ней представлена опись всех единиц транспортируемой продукции, характеристика груза, данные об отправителе и получателе.
- Путевой лист. В этом документе зафиксировано техническое состояние автомобильного транспорта, прописан предстоящий маршрут, указаны данные о водителе (в том числе наличие прохождения медосмотра и допуска к работе).
- Договор о сотрудничестве. Договор заключается с заказчиком и включает все согласованные условия перевозки.

Driver Qualifications
Как уже упоминалось выше, у водителя транспорта должны быть на руках документы, подтверждающие его право на управление грузовым ТС и, что очень важно, на перевозку химических грузов.
Он обязательно должен иметь соответствующую квалификацию: уметь работать с оборудованием, установленным в рефе, контролировать температурные показатели и при необходимости их корректировать.
Важный момент: все водители инструктируются на случай возникновения экстренной ситуации.
Vehicle Standards
Автомобильный транспорт, предназначенный для перевозки химических грузов, должен иметь внутреннее покрытие, позволяющее легко выполнять дезинфекционные мероприятия. Оборудование, обеспечивающее поддержание температурного режима, проверяется на исправность перед выходом ТС на маршрут.

Packaging & Labeling
Special attention is given to the labeling and packaging of chemicals.
- Depending on the type of cargo, packaging may include cardboard boxes or wooden crates, sealed containers, thermal boxes, and may be equipped with special securing devices to prevent damage.
- The packaging must be intact and clean—if damaged, the cargo cannot be loaded into the van.
- Different types of chemical cargo are delivered separately: for example, it is prohibited to transport pharmaceuticals with any other goods. Household chemicals cannot be shipped alongside cosmetic products.
Labeling is mandatory for certain types of products—such as perfumes or pharmaceuticals. Medical liquids or flammable compounds are labeled separately.
