Sanitary and Hygiene Standards
These standards include 3 key points:
- Сортировка. Перед упаковкой и загрузкой капуста сортируется, и все кочаны с повреждениями, следами гнили или насекомых, удаляются.
- Упаковка. Лучшей тарой для перевозки белокочанной капусты являются деревянные или пластиковые ящики, а также тканевые мешки. В них кочаны располагаются достаточно свободно, обеспечивается нормальный уровень вентиляции.
- Способ погрузки и перевозки. На небольшие расстояния капусту допускается перевозить навалом, но высота его должна быть не выше 130 см. Оптимальна доставка в упаковке, уложенной на паллеты. Между ящиками рекомендовано сохранение небольших зазоров для дополнительного воздухообмена.
