How our operations are organized
International refrigerated freight transportation with LDGo means quality and excellent service. The entire process is carried out in four stages:
- Request. The client provides us with all necessary data about the type of cargo, desired delivery timelines, and clarifies any specific details.
- Quote. Based on the provided information, the company manager calculates the cost. The final price is quoted according to current rates.
- Payment. After receiving the invoice, the client must pay for the transportation via bank transfer. Regular clients are eligible for deferred payment options.
- Transportation. According to the agreed schedule, the vehicle departs on the route.

This is why it’s crucial to prepare a complete set of documents confirming the legality of the shipment and the safety of the transported products. Additionally, sanitary standards must be followed, and the vehicle must meet all requirements for the specific type of cargo.
Sanitary and Hygiene Standards
В первую очередь, рефрижератор для международных перевозок тщательно готовится к маршруту. Для этого реф моется и обрабатывается изнутри. Он оснащается качественной системой вентиляции, которая обеспечит равномерное распределение температуры и влажности. Температура внутри поддерживается на постоянном уровне, колебания сводятся к минимуму.
Отдельное внимание уделяется упаковке. В зависимости от типа продукции она может быть герметичной, со специальной маркировкой. Надежная упаковка позволяет защитить продукцию от повреждений и предотвратить порчу всей загруженной партии.
Строгие правила действуют и в отношении допустимости транспортировки разных продуктов. Например, охлажденная или замороженная рыба перевозится отдельно – запрещается загружать ее вместе с другими продуктами питания. То же самое касается лекарственных препаратов.
Documentation for Meat Transportation
The documentation package includes the following documents:
- ТТС, или товарно-транспортная накладная. В этой бумаге имеется вся необходимая информация о водителе, транспортном средстве, а также данные о перевозимой продукции.
- Путевой лист. Выдается на руки водителю перед поездкой. В него вносится информация о водителе, подтверждающая наличие допуска к работе, о сроках доставки и другие данные по маршруту.
- Договор на оказание услуг. Заключается с клиентом, содержит все оговоренные условия сотрудничества.

Vehicle requirements
Рефрижераторный транспорт подбирается с учетом специфики товара, сезона, расстояния до пункта доставки. Главное требование к ТС – машина должна быть полностью оборудована для перевозки температурных грузов. В фургоне обязательно наличие датчиков, фиксирующих изменения температуры, а в кабине водителя – техника, сообщающая об этих изменениях.
В арсенале компании LDGo имеется подвижной состав для международных перевозок в различных направлениях. Мы используем тягачи SITRAK CH7-MAX, VOLVO FH, а также полуприцепы-рефрижераторы.
Temperature Regimes
Благодаря обширному парку транспортных средств нам удается успешно перевозить груз любого типа с любым температурным режимом. В нашем распоряжении грузовые машины всех классов, которые подходят для доставки охлажденных и замороженных продуктов питания, косметики, фармацевтической продукции, свежих цветов, овощей и фруктов и т.д.
Диапазон возможных поддерживаемых температур варьируется от 0° до +12° для свежих и охлажденных продуктов и до -20° для заморозки.
