Polymer Transport Requirements
As with any refrigerated freight transport, polymer delivery requires advance document preparation:
- Накладная. В ней перечислены все единицы груза, указаны данные о маршруте, ТС, водитель.
- Путевой лист. Его экспедитор передает водителю перед поездкой. В документе зафиксирована информация о самом маршруте, а также указаны данные о наличии допуска водителя к работе.
- Договор. Заключается между транспортной компанией и клиентом, содержит информацию об условиях сотрудничества.
Along with the aforementioned documents, the driver is required to present, if requested: a driving license, insurance policy, technical inspection certificate (MOT), a vehicle authorization letter, and a health passbook.
Transport Conditions Polymer
Особое внимание уделяется защите материала от попадания грязи, пыли, влаги, а также прямых солнечных лучей. При повреждении упаковки груз не может быть загружен в фургон. Оптимальная температура для перевозки полимеров составляет не выше 30℃, поскольку периодический перегрев может привести к снижению свойств и качества материала.
В зависимости от объема перевозимого груза партии допускается загрузка в тару или транспортировка без нее. Гранулированный материал упаковывается в полиэтиленовые или бумажные мешки, также возможна перевозка в контейнерах. В ряде случаев требуется использование специальных изделий для фиксации тары внутри фургона.
Важный момент связан с маркировкой: согласно законодательству, на мешках и другой таре должна ставится маркировка с указанием наименования груза и его условного обозначения, товарного знака, даты производства, номера партии и объема.
Хотя допускается транспортировка полимеров в открытом кузове, наиболее предпочтительна доставка товара в закрытых транспортных фургонах с поддержанием уровня влажности не выше 80%.
