How our operations are organized
You submit a transportation request, providing all necessary details about the cargo type and volume (maximum weight up to 22 tons). Upon receiving the information, the manager will calculate the price and delivery timeframe based on current rates and distance in km. Once agreed, you make a bank transfer payment (with deferred payment available for regular clients). After payment is received, we begin operations.
The process of transporting goods in refrigerated trucks
Preparation
Transporting 22 tons in a refrigerated truck begins with preparation. First, the truck is thoroughly washed and treated with a disinfectant solution, then pre-cooled to the required temperature to avoid sharp fluctuations. The equipment responsible for maintaining the temperature regime is checked for proper operation. The preparatory stage also includes processing mandatory documentation, such as the consignment note, various quality certificates, and a waybill detailing the route (in km), driver, and vehicle information.
Loading and unloading
Depending on the season, goods are loaded either outdoors or in a warehouse pre-set to a specific temperature. Different product categories have their own packaging, loading rules, and speed limits (in km/h). Unloading also follows strict temperature requirements.

Throughout the entire route (in km), the driver periodically monitors the temperature regime and checks the cargo condition. The truck is equipped with sensors that record temperature changes.
