Перевозка тортов и кондитерских изделий

The transportation of confectionery products requires compliance with a wide range of conditions. This includes not only reliable packaging that prevents product damage but also maintaining a specific temperature regime. Therefore, refrigerators equipped with special equipment are used for their transportation. Similar requirements apply to tasks such as transporting bananas, where it is critically important to preserve the freshness of the product during long-distance transportation by refrigerator. If you want to quickly and safely transport confectionery products, LDGo can help. For over 20 years, we have been specializing in refrigerated cargo transportation across the country and beyond.

Control at each stage
The driver regularly checks the condition of the cargo, as well as the temperature and humidity levels in the refrigerator, preventing critical fluctuations. Additionally, we strictly monitor loading and unloading conditions and adhere to sanitary standards.

Transportation Conditions and Requirements
Since many confectionery products have a limited shelf life and spoil quickly, their transportation must comply with a range of requirements—from document preparation to adherence to sanitary standards.
Sanitary and Hygiene Standards
Перевозка кондитерских изделий должна проводится в заранее подготовленных рефрижераторах, прошедших обработку дезинфицирующими средствами. В компании LDGo данный этап подготовки выполняется неукоснительно.
Other standards:
- The packaging must be clean and protect products not only from external factors but also from mechanical damage – otherwise, the items lose their marketable appearance.
- Transporting confectionery products with other goods—such as vegetables, fruits, meat products, etc.—is prohibited.
- It is recommended to strictly observe seasonal preparation for product transportation. During hot seasons, more intensive cooling may be required, while in winter, excessive temperature reduction should be avoided.
The loading method varies depending on the type of product. For example, cookies, waffles, and other solid items can be placed in the cargo hold in tight rows and multiple layers. However, this approach is unsuitable for cakes and pastries—they could easily get crushed. It is also crucial to secure the boxes to prevent them from shifting during transit.

Documentation for Meat Transportation
All refrigerated transports require prepared documentation proving cargo safety and transport legitimacy. This includes: sanitary certificates, temperature records, customs declarations (for cross-border), contracts, and compliance certificates.
- Товарно-транспортная накладная: документ содержит опись всех транспортируемых единиц товара, информацию о транспортном средстве и водителе.
- Waybill. Prepared by the dispatcher and includes vehicle data and the driver's medical examination.
- Contract. An agreement between the transport company and the client, documenting the terms of cooperation, including cargo specifics, delivery timelines, and other conditions.
In addition to the listed documents, the driver must carry:
- driver's license
- technical inspection ticket
- power of attorney for the vehicle
- insurance
- medical certificate for the driver
A properly prepared set of documents prevents unpleasant encounters with regulatory authorities during transit.
Vehicle requirements
The vehicle must be equipped with temperature control systems to maintain the required conditions inside the cargo compartment. The interior is lined with easy-to-clean material resistant to frequent disinfection. Before each loading, the refrigerated unit undergoes thorough sanitization and drying. Vehicles are assigned based on the type and volume of goods being transported. We operate certified equipment: SITRAK CH7-MAX and VOLVO FH tractors with refrigerated semi-trailers.
Temperature Regimes
Temperature requirements during transportation vary for each type of confectionery product:
- Cakes and pastries - permissible range from -2 to +20°C. However, cream-based confectionery products must be transported at temperatures not exceeding +6°C.
- Cookies and waffles - from +15 to +18°C with maximum allowable humidity up to 60%.
- Chocolate and chocolate products - up to +18°C.
- Marshmallow, pastila, marmalade - from -5°C to +20°C.
- Ice cream and frozen desserts - up to -18°C.
