To order refrigerated cargo transportation, submit a request on the company's website or by calling a manager. It's important to provide as much information about the cargo being transported as possible, including its parameters (weight, quantity, dimensions, and mode of transportation), so our staff can accurately calculate the cost and delivery time.
Once the terms are approved, the client receives an invoice for payment. Long-standing partners can, by agreement, receive a payment deferment. Once payment is processed, we schedule a delivery date for a vehicle with the appropriate load capacity, load it, and send it on its way.

Sanitary and Hygiene Standards
The list of transportation standards depends on the specific type of product that needs to be delivered, but there are still a few general rules.
- Sorting before loading. Fresh goods are checked for mold and rot (spoiled samples are removed), and canned goods are checked for leaks.
- Selecting packaging. Depending on the type of product, wooden or plastic crates, cardboard boxes, and fabric or paper bags are used. In any case, whether frozen or fresh, mushrooms must be packaged in clean, undamaged packaging.
- Gentle loading. The goods are loaded into the van in a manner that minimizes the risk of damage during transport. If necessary, pallets or boxes are secured with special straps.
Porcini mushrooms, champignons, and other types of mushrooms may be transported with other products, but certain conditions must be met. These products may be odorless and have similar transport requirements (e.g., frozen vegetables, fruits, and semi-finished products). It is important that the packaging completely separates the different types of products.
Documentation for Meat Transportation
Having documents confirming the legality of the shipment helps avoid a number of unpleasant situations along the way, such as delays and downtime. The standard package includes a consignment note, which records the cargo and vehicle details. A waybill is also required, in which the forwarder specifies information about the upcoming route (stops, departure and arrival times, fuel consumption, etc.). Another document is a cooperation agreement, which outlines the terms of work agreed upon by the contractor and the client.

Transportation of frozen mushrooms by refrigerated containers is carried out in conditions from -18 to -24°C.
Finally, it is recommended to transport dried mushrooms at a temperature no higher than 25°C, while maintaining humidity at no more than 70%; 50-60% is considered optimal. Dried mushrooms should not be transported with fresh mushrooms, as the presence of fresh mushrooms will inevitably increase humidity.
