How our operations are organized
International refrigerated freight transportation with LDGo means quality and excellent service. The entire process is carried out in four stages:
- Request. The client provides us with all necessary data about the type of cargo, desired delivery timelines, and clarifies any specific details.
- Quote. Based on the provided information, the company manager calculates the cost. The final price is quoted according to current rates.
- Payment. After receiving the invoice, the client must pay for the transportation via bank transfer. Regular clients are eligible for deferred payment options.
- Transportation. According to the agreed schedule, the vehicle departs on the route.
Our drivers are true professionals—not only do they have extensive experience in cargo transportation, but they also handle any unforeseen situation with quick thinking.
Service Geography of LDGo Company

Conditions and requirements for transportation
International refrigerated transportation of perishable goods is strictly regulated by law. This is why it’s crucial to prepare a complete set of documents confirming the legality of the shipment and the safety of the transported products. Additionally, sanitary standards must be followed, and the vehicle must meet all requirements for the specific type of cargo.
Sanitary and Hygiene Standards
First and foremost, a refrigerated truck for international transport undergoes thorough preparation. The unit is washed and treated inside. It is equipped with a high-quality ventilation system to ensure even distribution of temperature and humidity. The internal temperature is maintained at a constant level, with fluctuations kept to a minimum. Special attention is given to packaging. Depending on the product type, it may be airtight or feature special labeling. Secure packaging protects the goods from damage and prevents spoilage of the entire loaded batch. Strict rules also apply to the compatibility of transported products. For example, chilled or frozen fish is transported separately—it is prohibited to load it alongside other food items. The same applies to pharmaceutical products.

Documentation for Meat Transportation
The documentation package includes the following documents:
- TTN (Transportation Waybill). This document contains all necessary information about the driver, the vehicle, as well as details about the transported goods.
- Waybill. Issued to the driver before the trip. It includes driver information confirming work authorization, delivery deadlines, and other route details.
- Service Agreement. Signed with the client, it outlines all agreed terms of cooperation.
International shipments also require mandatory quality and safety certificates for the transported goods.
Other documents the driver must carry when departing on the route:
- Driving license
- technical inspection ticket
- insurance
- power of attorney for the vehicle
- Medical record book
Do not forget the vehicle's sanitary passport. It confirms that the vehicle is suitable for delivery and can maintain conditions that meet international cargo transportation standards.
Vehicle requirements
Refrigerated transport is selected based on the product's specifics, season, and distance to the delivery point. The main requirement for the vehicle is that it must be fully equipped for temperature-controlled cargo transportation. The truck must have sensors to monitor temperature fluctuations inside the cargo compartment, and the driver's cabin must be equipped with a system that alerts about these changes.
Temperature Regimes
Thanks to our extensive fleet of vehicles, we successfully transport any type of cargo with any required temperature conditions. We have trucks of all classes suitable for delivering chilled and frozen food products, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, fresh flowers, fruits, vegetables, etc. The supported temperature range varies from 0°C to +12°C for fresh and chilled goods to -20°C for frozen products.
