Students and schoolchildren learned more about logistics from LDGo Group specialists and MITSO University professors in Vitebsk. 2025.
On March 22, Belarusian universities and colleges held a Unified Open Doors Day with the participation of employer organizations. As part of the cooperation with MITSO in Vitebsk, prospective students were able to learn about the educational process and get more information about the specialty from teachers and potential employers. LDGo Group is focused on developing logistics among students so that future professionals in this field gain an understanding of the profession, its specifics and advantages during their studies. This will allow students to further develop key skills: Analytical thinking: The ability to analyze large volumes of data, identify patterns and make decisions based on analysis. The ability to forecast demand, plan routes and optimize processes. Organizational skills: The ability to plan and coordinate delivery, storage and distribution processes. Knowledge of logistics processes: Understanding the principles of transport, warehousing, customs clearance and inventory management. Knowledge of types of transportation. Communication skills: The ability to interact effectively with suppliers, carriers, clients and colleagues. The ability to negotiate and resolve conflict situations. Stress resistance: The ability to work under tight deadlines and quickly respond to unforeseen situations. Knowledge of legislation: Understanding the legal framework related to the transportation and storage of goods. Financial literacy: The ability to calculate logistics costs, optimize budgets and reduce expenses. These key skills make a logistician a professional capable of effectively managing complex processes and ensuring uninterrupted operation of the logistics system. LDGo Group has developed its own training system for employees, which helps them quickly integrate into the team and show positive results in the first months of work.
